Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use notixit.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it. We have written it to describe how the site actually works, not to bury the details in boilerplate.

Effective date: July 23, 2026

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Contact form. Your full name and email are required. If you choose to provide them, we also collect your phone number, company, project type, budget range, timeline, how you found us, and whatever you write in your message. If you reached us from a marketing link, the campaign parameters attached to your visit (source, medium, and campaign) are submitted with the form so we can see where the inquiry came from.
  • Newsletter. Your email address, so we can send you the updates you signed up for.
  • Direct correspondence. If you email or call us, we keep that message and our reply.

Information collected automatically

  • Analytics, with your consent. After you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity collect usage data such as the pages you view, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, the page that referred you, and anonymized interaction data that Clarity uses to build heatmaps and session insights. Until you consent, these tools stay in a restricted, cookieless mode.
  • Server and security logs. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, automatically processes standard logs such as IP address and request details to serve the site, keep it secure, and run the Turnstile anti-spam check on our forms.
  • On-device storage. Small pieces of information are stored in your browser, including your cookie choice and, if you subscribe, a flag that remembers you have already signed up so we do not show the form again. See Cookies below.

We do not ask for or intentionally collect special categories of data, and we do not sell your personal data.

3. How and why we use your information

We use the information described above to:

  • respond to your inquiry and prepare the information or proposal you asked for;
  • send the newsletter you subscribed to;
  • operate, secure, and improve the website and prevent spam and abuse;
  • understand how the site is used, so we can make it better (analytics, only with your consent);
  • measure how our advertising performs (marketing, only with your consent);
  • keep the business records we are required by law to keep.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the General Data Protection Regulation applies, and we rely on these legal bases:

  • Consent for analytics and marketing cookies and tools, and for sending the newsletter. You can withdraw consent at any time.
  • Legitimate interests in responding to inquiries you send us, keeping the site secure, and understanding demand for our services, balanced against your rights.
  • Steps taken at your request before entering a contract, where your inquiry is about engaging us for a project.
  • Legal obligation, where we must keep certain records.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

When you first visit, a consent banner lets you accept or reject non-essential cookies. Your choice is remembered in a small essential cookie so we do not ask again on every page. We group cookies and similar technologies into three categories:

  • Strictly necessary. Required to run the site, remember your consent choice, and keep it secure. These are always on and do not identify you.
  • Analytics and session insights. Set by Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to measure usage. Off until you accept them.
  • Marketing. Set by advertising partners such as LinkedIn to measure campaigns. Off until you accept them.

We use Google Consent Mode, so until you opt in the analytics and advertising storage signals stay denied by default and no analytics or marketing cookies are set. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through your browser settings, or by clearing this site's cookies, which brings the consent banner back.

5. Service providers and international transfers

We share personal data only with the service providers that help us run the site and communicate with you. They may process data solely on our instructions and for the purposes below.

Provider What they do Where
Resend Delivers our transactional emails (contact replies, auto-confirmations, and the newsletter welcome) and stores newsletter subscribers. United States
Cloudflare Hosts and delivers the website, handles DNS, keeps standard server and security logs, and runs the Turnstile anti-spam check on our forms. United States and its global edge network
Google (Google Analytics 4) Provides aggregated website analytics. Loaded only after you accept analytics cookies. United States
Microsoft (Clarity) Provides session insights and heatmaps to help us improve the site. Loaded only after you accept analytics cookies. United States
LinkedIn Measures the performance of our advertising through the Insight Tag. Loaded only after you accept marketing cookies. United States

Because we operate from Serbia and the United States and rely on providers based in the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your own. Where the law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the transfer frameworks our providers maintain. We may also disclose data if required to do so by law or to protect our rights.

6. How long we keep your information

We keep personal data only for as long as we need it:

  • Contact inquiries and correspondence: for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for follow-up and record-keeping, then deleted or anonymized.
  • Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. Every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to remove you at any time.
  • Analytics: retained by Google and Microsoft under their own standard retention settings, then deleted or aggregated. We view it in aggregated form.
  • Server and security logs: kept by our hosting provider for a short period for security and troubleshooting.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you and receive a copy;
  • have inaccurate data corrected;
  • have your data deleted;
  • restrict or object to how we process it, including objecting to direct marketing;
  • receive your data in a portable format;
  • withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing that already took place.

To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. We respond within the timeframes required by law, generally within one month. If you believe we have mishandled your data, you can also complain to your data protection supervisory authority. In Serbia this is the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection; in the European Union it is your local authority.

8. How we protect your information

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit over HTTPS, access controls, and reputable providers that maintain their own security programs. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so while we work hard to protect your information we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

This is a business website intended for professionals, and it is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes and how to contact us

We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. The current version is always marked with the effective date shown at the top. When changes are material we will reflect them here, so please check back from time to time.

Questions about this policy or your data? Email [email protected], or write to NOTIX DOO Belgrade (Republic of Serbia) or NOTIX LLC at 1023 E Lincolnway, Cheyenne, WY 82001, United States.
