What we have not built

The work we have not done, stated before the proposal.

Every case study on this site names the client it came from. This page is the other half of that standard: the work we have not done, stated before the proposal rather than after.

The short version

Where we are not the right call: we have not shipped for a hospital or a freight client, and we do not take on builds too small to pay for themselves. You will hear that on the first call rather than after the contract.

Below, each gap in full. Every line is quoted from the page where it already stands, and every card links to the context around it.

No client in the sector yet

Sectors where we have not shipped.

Healthcare

A hospital EHR

We have not built a hospital EHR and we will not pretend otherwise.
We have not shipped a product for a hospital, a payer, or a digital health company.
If a named healthcare reference is a hard procurement requirement, we are not your first call and we will say so on the consultation.

Fintech

A licensed banking or payments product

Straight answer: we have not delivered a licensed banking or payments product for a client, and we will not pretend otherwise.
If you need a team that has already migrated a core banking platform, hire that team.

Logistics

A TMS for a freight client

We have not shipped a TMS for a freight client yet, and you will hear that on the first call rather than after the contract.
No freight client, and we will not pretend otherwise: there is no TMS, no forwarder, and no 3PL in our case studies.
We are software engineers, not a licensed customs broker or declarant.

Shipped, and where it stops

Sectors we have shipped in, and the edge of that work.

Manufacturing

A connector for LogiKal, Klaes, FeneVision or Soft Tech

The FENIX integration was into their existing ERP and CRM. We have not yet shipped a connector for LogiKal, Klaes, FeneVision or Soft Tech, and no named CNC postprocessor. If your pricing logic lives inside one of those suites, that connector is the first thing we scope together, and you will hear what it takes on the first call rather than after the contract.

Government

A national eID rollout as prime contractor

We have shipped for a government client.
We will not claim more than that: we have not been prime contractor on a national eID rollout.

E-commerce

A full ESPR Digital Product Passport program

A full ESPR Digital Product Passport program: no client of ours has shipped one, because the first mandatory deadline is 18 February 2027 for large batteries and the textile delegated act is still ahead of the market.
If you need a partner who has already run a DPP program at volume in your exact category, a category-focused DPP vendor is the better first call, and we will say that on the call rather than after the contract.

The other half

What we have built, with numbers.

The case studies name the client, what we built for them, and what it changed. Then a call, where you hear which side of this page your project falls on.
